In this land of the future, humans have discovered that they are the only life form within millions of light years of earth to have access to space travel. In typical human fashion, they decide to begin to conquer the known universe. They have learned from history, yet still drive the primitive life forms out of their land. They gift said primitive life forms technology higher than any of their people could imagine. Humans purchase land and use it as their own. Humans also prevent other social life forms from entering space.
There were some life forms, however, that humans could not prevent from entering space. These life forms also seem essential to the universe, and thus humans kept them around.
After thousands of years of living like this, humans would branch off into different species. They would still be united under their past, but internal conflict would always be an issue.
HEPTANYMPHS
Heptanymphs are a large species of dragon that originate from Fantios. They get their name from the fact that they have seven legs. they have six pairs of leg on their worm-like body. They have an extra leg right below their heads. The nymphs are about 700 feet long, and pretty thin. They are the larval stage of Heptincrons. Heptincrons are giant space dragons, capable of destroying entire moons, and sometimes small planets. They return only to Fantios to lay their eggs, suspending them in orbit, until they become close to hatching when a gas sprays out, launching them to the ground. Heptanymphs are quick to adapt to environments they have been placed in and have never successfully been kept in captivity. They don't appear often, usually only two every ten years, but become masters of their domain. They can sometimes even decimate entire species, but this is rare and only happens to species damaging an ecosystem. Like dragons from other planets, they love hoarding treasure. They have two horns on their head, which grow to about six feet long, and begin to curl after that with age. They also have thin hair that floats behind them at about eight feet long and stops growing there. Once a Heptanymph’s horns curl over two times, they shed the horns and graduate to space.
HEPTINCRONS
Not much is known about Heptincrons, due to their agility in space and speed. They flee at the sight of any being other than each other. Decoys also don't work, due to their intelligence. There have been no recorded deaths of Heptincrons, so there is little information about them. They can grow to several hundred miles long, and sometimes even larger. They make their homes on large moons of planets with life. When hungry, they reach into the planet and scoop up a large amount of dirt, eating it and anything that was caught on it. Because of their laziness in calm situations, they only need to eat every five years or so if left undisturbed for the duration of the half-decade. There is typically only one Heptincron per planet, but two to three can live on one planet under specific circumstances. They are widely respected, and on primitive planets they inhabit, are seen as gods. They are peaceful, and avoid conflict whenever possible. When a large war is occurring, they often step in after five years or so of fighting. They have a strong sense of justice, and are considered to have the best morality of any being in the universe. When they step into wars, they are the final judgement. They can single-handedly destroy entire armies, and there is seemingly no defense against them known. They will also destroy planets if fighting does not subside.
A newly discovered planet, Fantios, has a unique population of primitive, pre-stone era wyverns. They seem to rely on their biology to survive, rather than tools
GREAT ONE HORNED WYVERN
Great One Horned Wyverns are the apex predators of Fantios alongside Heptanymphs, and live all over Continent A and Continent E. They are about 15 feet long from tail to nose, and possess wings that enable flight. As the name suggests, these wyverns have a single horn on their forehead. They typically live in close range to each other and rarely fight over territory. These “neighborhoods” of wyverns have horns similar to each other, as the horns can differ between individuals. The horns are genetic, with the mother having the strongest influence of its shape. They typically live as individuals, only coming together to hunt or mate. Mated pairs do not stick together, but mothers do raise their young. They have a collective language, but it differs between the continents.
WHISPERTICS
(came to me in a dream ?!)
Whispertics are mouse-sized scavenging dragons. A lavender color shimmers off of their scales in the sun. They have been seen on continents A and E. They typically follow Great One-Horned Wyverns. They don’t seem to be a bother to the One Horns, merely eating small scraps from large kills. There is usually a group of around twenty Whispertics following a One Horn at all times. When not with One Horns, they form large swarms. These swarms, if large enough, can take down other wyverns, typically only in the air. On the ends of their tails are six light green spikes, which are used to inject venom, usually into predators.
